1. Platform Overview and Use

Quickiyai connects individuals with flexible, remote friendly AI training and support roles. The Platform allows users to build a professional profile, browse open roles, track application statuses, and obtain a Work ID.

2. User Eligibility and Verification

The Quickiyai Platform is currently available exclusively to individuals residing in the following jurisdictions: the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the rest of Europe; Canada, the United States, Brazil, and Mexico; Australia; and Indonesia. The current full list of eligible countries is always shown on the signup page and homepage, and may be updated from time to time.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Location Verification: We actively verify location data to ensure compliance with hiring regulations. We reserve the right to decline service, suspend accounts, or reject applications if a user is found to be outside our authorized regions or using location spoofing technologies (e.g., VPNs used to bypass regional restrictions).

3. No Fees to Job Seekers

Quickiyai operates as a free platform for job seekers. We will never charge you a fee to create a profile, apply for open roles, or generate a Work ID. Any request for payment claiming to be from or on behalf of Quickiyai is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team immediately.

4. Application Process and Review

Submission of an application does not guarantee employment.

Evaluation: All applications are subject to an automated profile completeness check and may undergo manual review by our hiring team.

Discretion: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to advance or decline any application based on role requirements, platform integrity, or internal criteria.

5. User Responsibilities and Account Security

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Accuracy: Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
• Security: Maintain the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: Refrain from using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, misrepresenting your identity or qualifications, or attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Quickiyai or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quickiyai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Platform, your inability to access the Platform, or the outcome of any job application.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time to reflect updates to our services or changes in the law. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notification on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
